Provides health care services using radionuclides to assist in diagnosis or treatment. Performs nuclear cardiology procedures, and related techniques producing images for the interpretation by, and at the request of a licensed nuclear practitioner. Exercises professional judgment in performance of services and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Consistently maintaining professional attire. Provides appropriate patient care and recognizes patient conditions essential for successful completion of the procedure. By performing all tasks in an efficient, responsible and caring manner, the employee will be dedicated to meet the needs of customers and staff. In doing so, will demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care with respect to the special needs of each patient age group serviced as well as those persons with disabilities.

. Certified with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT)
. Completion of the AHA curriculum for the BLS for health care providers
. Completion of an approved program in Nuclear Medicine Technology
. Continually lift/carry up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift/carry more than 75 lbs
. Continually push/pull up to 25 lbs and frequently push/pull more than 100 lbs
. Occasionally bend, squat, and reach above shoulders.
