|This position is responsible for the preparation and cooking of foods for patient and cafeteria service using industrial food production methods following NYS DOH guidelines; maintains a professional and orderly work environment; cleans and sanitizes work area as needed; produces desired meals quickly and efficiently within designated time frame; maintains a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.|
|Able to stand for 80-90% of the workday; experienced in food production; must be able to follow standardized recipes|
|High school diploma or equivalent; culinary education or 5 + years of high volume food production experience preferred|
